(COVID-19) Update
April 29, 2020
Dear Valued Customer,
The entire Reliant Cellular team is working very hard to manage the evolving COVID-19 crisis. During this critical time, we continue to balance providing the services you rely on while maintaining the health and safety of all our employees and customers.
Pursuant to guidelines issued by the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), All-Out Mobile is an essential critical infrastructure business and is required to remain open, to continue to receive and ship products.
Reliant Cellular has the widest selection of in-stock wireless devices in the DFW area, all of which ship immediately from our local distribution center. Our distribution is in full operation and shipping of products in a reliable, safe manner remains our top priority.
Because we order months in advance of expected demand for a product, we foresee limited impact on most products currently. Any delivery changes on out-of-stock products will continue to be communicated to affected customers. Delivery dates and lead-times will also continue to be updated on any affected devices.
Reliant Cellular is in close communication with our suppliers and shipping services; we will provide updates as they arrive, and we will continue to monitor the situation. There are some disruptions of delivery to customers in quarantine areas, based on local route restrictions and government controls. Please contact us today with any questions you might have regarding our services and products during the ever fluid COVID-19 crisis.
Ways You Can Keep Your Personal Devices Sanitized and Safe
Here’s a few extra tips to help keep you healthy and connected using your own devices:
- Keep your device clean. Spray a non-abrasive or alcohol-based (70% isopropyl) disinfectant directly on a soft lint-free cloth and wipe down your device while it is powered down and unplugged
- Share things like photos through text messages instead of passing your phone around
- Since devices can collect germs, avoid putting your device on public surfaces and try to use a Bluetooth device or a hands-free headset to minimize the device’s exposure to your face
